Down the rabbit hole we go again (part II)

Still shaking head in amazement | 11.11.2013 09:31 | Indymedia

When I last published my incredulity that Indymedia moderators were once again entering a fight without knowing the facts and make a bad situation worse they chose to hide the post and the comments to it (no great surprise)

 http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2013/11/513621.html?c=all

Now we have a situation where the local people involved have clearly stated they do not want any involvement from indymedia UK moderators but despite that it has been decided that a full feature article to be published on the 'home page' here with all the mud nicely rakes up to guarantee yet more arguments and bad feeling.

Why are they doing this ?

Why are they following a course of action which they know will make the situation worse ?

Why are they ignoring the requests of those involved ?

Or write even more articles that will get hidden.

Or get a life - get involved with activists where you come from

The lists

ftp writes that the proper place for posts like this is the list. I would agree with him except for one issue. The very people who are at fault here are the same ones who are controlling the list and refusing to let through emails which are critical of their position, I have sent three on this subject and not one has made it to the public list indicating they are being blocked.

As you well know your posts are blocked because of your failure to support the Mayday (now Indymedia UK) working group during the fork process. If you had shown solidarity then we might be interested in talking to you now.

However we are not so fuck off.

you forgot to wait before you replied to yourself.

Do you think people are so gullible that they won't try to send their own email to see if there is any truth in this?
