Tasos Theofilou is a greek anarcho-communist. Counter-terrorism police unit accused him of murder, armed robbery and participation in the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, with zero evidence. His trial is on Monday 11/11/2013 at 7 am (UK)

I doubt there would even be a trial if there was no evidence against him.

I think you are judging things before the trial has even started. Lets wait and see the evidence, and THEN judge

how the law is done
