More horse killed at graveyard au track.

uk horse trainers are being encouraged to run their horses in Melbourne in the coming months but there is one track where they should not go.

Yet again horses have been killed when racing at the werribee race track in melbourne. Only people such as myself, who have been recording horse deaths in racing, know that horses have been killed at this track for the last 30 years. werribee race track is by far the deadliest track for horses in Australia.

But the media publish news about the death of these horses as if it is the first occurrence. They want to keep people just as unaware of the dangers of the track as the horses which race are forced to race there.

The werribee track is built on unstable land and the horses die when they put their foot in holes that open up in the track. Time and time again after racing accidents the track is apparently "fixed" only to find afterwards more accidents.

The main concern of the Victorian government is that the track should be ready for international horses coming to Melbourne for races in the near future. But people in the UK should write to horse trainers who are bringing their horses to Melbourne that they should not enter their horses for racing at werribee.

Of course, the purpose of racing is to support economic interests and through staging sporting events such as racing politicians and business interests make economic plunder. Mr DN the political leader in Victoria is a vet and so belongs to the profession that makes big money out of the injuries and sicknesses that horses suffer whilst racing. Mr. DN also actively funds jumps racing which is outlawed in all other major Australian states.

Tonight the Liverpool FC is playing a football game in Melbourne and you can be sure that this game is partially funded from the blood money made from racing and that part of the profits from the game will help further the money grabbing that goes in the blood sport of racing. If you have a football team ask them not to play in Melbourne, and congratulate those teams, like Stoke City who choose to play in the USA and not Australia. Maybe if you know a venue where the Liverpool game is being telecast you can let supporters know that the game is being played in a city which is Australia's headquarters for cruelty to racing animals.
