The Animal Rights Summer Gathering aims to reflect on our movement, inspire new ideas and spread information between the various groups and individuals working to end animal exploitation.



The National Animal Rights Summer Gathering will take place between Friday 2nd and Sunday 4th August at a greenfield site in Nottinghamshire, between Nottingham and Derby.

Of course there is a likelihood that such gatherings might be infiltrated - but to allow the fear to stop groups meeting up and also allowing new individuals to explore joining the movement seems a bit self defeating.

I am presuming that you wouldn't discuss illegal actions in front of people that you've never met before, but that doesn't mean that there isn't a space for more general workshops and imparting of information.

Indymedia has trolls who try to undermine every post. How do we know you aren't one of those? Why should we trust you?
