Residents & supporters are resisting the eviction of 75 people from a block of flats on Rushcroft Rd, Brixton. Most of the residents are squatters & some people have lived in the block for 30 years. Go down & support if you can.

Firstly, squatters occupy properties that would otherwise be unused and empty. Secondly, by doing so they actually make rents cheaper for "the rest of us" because there's less competition for rented houses.
And yeah, I would support you refusing to pay for food - if it were big supermarkets you were taking it from, not some corner shop or ordinary person.
