HIV-Negative AIDS: Is it CFS, ME, GWS, or AIDS?

Allied NATO Government is hiding millions of infectious NON HIV AIDS cases (like mine) under the "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)" ICD-code.
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) existed long before Gulf War Syndrome (GWS/I, which started to present after the first Gulf War, 1992).
“Dr. Melvin Ramsay formally coined the name “ME” in 1956…” that would be the decade we started using commercial nuclear power and vaccination programs commenced.

Obviously, both depleted uranium (DU) & vaccine contamination can be connected to GWS/I too. DU is nuclear waste.
The term “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)” was MAN-ufactured in 1984 (an Orwellian year) to cover-up yet another “ME” outbreak.
The Orwellian term “AIDS” (i.e., acquired immune deficiency syndrome) was dreamt up that year too –> 1984.
The 1984 outbreak of “CFS” incurred in Incline Village, Nevada — not far from Edwards/Nellis AFBs and the Yucca Mountains/Area 51 — just a few years before GW1. Interestingly, Yucca is known for its controversial DU waste dump.
1st cases of NON HIV AIDS started presenting in scores in 1992. They were presented at the International AIDS Conference in Amsterdam later that year–> 1992. To this day, NON HIV AIDS cases are ICD-coded “CFS,” where they get hidden in-plain-sight.
“CFS” & “ME” are just like a big rolling snowball with hundreds of causes and combinations — more and more as the decades go by — a majority of which can now be connected to all the Gulf Wars (past and present).
Some CFS cases are infectious. Some are not. They all were “acquired.”
For example, you can “acquire” DU, or squalene/mercury poisoning from a vaccine contamination, and not be infectious.
The result would still be an “acquired immune deficiency syndrome.”
The one cause it is NOT is HIV.
Perfectly healthy HIV+ people are not even sick, and they receive TRILLIONS of dollars of our tax money (per annum) for free benefits and services; There is not a stitch wrong with them. How can it make sense to anyone?
