Problems accessing Bristol Indymedia

Been not able to get Bristol Indymedia from about 5pm today. Have tried different tings. What's goin on?

Attack on our server

Our server was attacked by persons unknown (but traced to a UK IP address) with a DoS attack. Our hard working tech monkeys are working to restore service very soon.

I wonder if they've just walked away. It's a strange time to abandon it with a presence at the bookfair on Saturday.

Reboot a linux / BSD box like this. Enter the command (with su authority)

'shutdown -r now'

or

'reboot'

Look at the logs under /var/log to try to learn what the problem is.
