WPK's New Strategic Line Hailed by British Organizations

Pyongyang, April 10 (KCNA). The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association released a joint statement on Apr. 2.
They expressed support for the line on simultaneously carrying on economic construction and the building of nuclear force laid down by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un at the March, 2013 plenary meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea in view of the prevailing situation and to meet the law-governed requirement for the development of the Korean revolution.
The statement said:
Kim Jong Un clarified that the nuclear weapons of Songun Korea are neither a political bargaining chip nor something for economic dealings, adding that the DPRK's nuclear force is what keeps the nation alive and a national treasure of reunified Korea which can neither be dismantled nor bartered for anything as long as the imperialists exist on the earth and a nuclear threat persists.
This reflects the invariable will and strong determination of the WPK to defend the country's sovereignty and the Korean-style socialist system.
The new strategic line is continuation of the original line of simultaneously carrying on economic construction and the defence upbuilding which was set forth and thoroughly implemented by the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and its development at a higher stage.
It serves as important guidelines for building a thriving socialist nation.
All progressive forces of the world desirous of independence and socialism, opposed to imperialism should deeply study the new strategic line laid down by Marshal Kim Jong Un.
