Anthropologists have published similar hierarchy commitment in tribes. Psychologists have recently begun investigating human dominance. Their question was how assets affect our mind. `Putting someone in a role where they`re more privileged and have more power in a game makes them behave like people who actually do have more power, more money, and more status,` says Paul Piff of Berkeley. In his psych lab, he researched people playing a rigged game of Monopoly. He showed that winners feel entitled to their assets and see losers as lower ranking stupidity. Winners will not attribute their assets to the rigging of the Monopoly game.
