Video: Policing in the UK - Brutality, Corruption and Lies?
a | 31.03.2013 22:35 | Policing | Repression | Social Struggles | Birmingham
When the police kill someone in their custody, they can use the vast resources at their disposal to create a smoke screen. In the UK, no police officers have ever been held fully responsible for even one of the hundreds of deaths they have caused.
On March 15th 2013, people in Birmingham (UK) and cities across the world rallied against police injustice. March 15th has been a day of international action against police brutality around the globe since 1997.

There a minimum of 5 authorities that look into police detention.
Everything in custdoy is recorded on video and actions done are logged by civilians, this record can be viewed by the persons solicitor,
Most custodys have medical personel to assess persons fitness to be detained.
persons entering the system are normally stripped of ligatures so self harm is made more difficult.
A person is asked if they have any mental/physical health problems when booked in.
There is a system where members of the public can visit custodies without warning to conduct a check that the standards of detention are being maintained.
not all cells have CCTV but those who display self harm, violent, severe drunkeness or drugs use are placed in a cell with cameras. those that dont are either put on a constant watch or checked at set periods
Try looking at this from a number of viewpoints and you find that the "hundreds of people killed by police" is actually poeples lifestyles comeing back to haunt them.
Been in, wasnt nice but was more boreing than hazerdous.
