Tell @edfenergy to drop legal action against No Dash for Gas

Petition to tell EDF not to persecute peaceful campaigners in the courts. EDF are trying to sue campaigners for £5 million.

England celebrates its right to peaceful protest. The abolition of slavery and women's suffrage are but two issues which have only come about through this means. We should be applauding and rewarding the group for their actions rather than allowing a multi-national organisation to put them in debt, possibly for the rest of their lives for a sum, which to EDF is a mere drop in the ocean, but well over a lifetime's income for them.

EDF are convicted criminals

25.02.2013 11:50

One of the curious aspects of this case is that it is being mounted by convicted criminals. EDF are convicted criminals because they spied on Greenpeace.  http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-15683090

Quite why the English courts should be giving any time to convicted criminals is beyond me.
