The verge of the next intifada.

This is a heads up for anyone not in the loop. Arafat Jaradat died in Israeli prison. He was suspected of throwing rocks at Israeli cars, and was most likely tortured. the cause of death is still undetermined, but he complained about back aches and was dismissed by a prison doctor. The official response is that he died of a heart attack, and his body has been transported to the PA for a second autopsy.
meanwhile, all Palestinian political prisoners started a 3 day hunger strike, joining Samer Issawi who has been striking for more than 210 days, and is in a critical situation. He was rearrested after he was released in the Shalit prisoner exchange, on the charge of breaking his bail conditions.
This "third intifada", has been predicted for quite some time now. There are protests in the west bank, so far with two reported injuries, one of a Palestinian who is "lightly wounded" by an Israeli gunfire, another of an Israeli women who is in critical condition after suffering brain injuries from rocks thrown at her.
In Tel-Aviv/Yafo, a Palestinian street sweeper was severely injured after being lynched for "Being an Arab".
In short, it looks like things are about to explode again. It is my opinion that the best course of action would be to calm shit down right about now, and that no good could come out of a new intifada, I know many here would disagree, I would advice all Palestinian solidarity activists to proceed with caution in the coming days.
