Had a quick look at a couple, this is Jack Byrne.

He also has weight issues, thinks jazz is degenerate music and yet he believes HIM are good!?

On the plus side - all that stuff is at least a year ago, he's a veggie and he applied to study an Animal Care BTEC at Merrist Wood College, so maybe he's grown up a bit. Though I guess the fact he's now a District Officer for NBU suggests otherwise.
