there's no info with this, just like the bullshit bristol animal rights arrests story on here the other day. If indy knows that this is a factual story, hey let us all in on it.

Is there a difference between halal slaughter and normal slaughter?

I don't think there's any validity in attacking one form of slaughter because it only gives the impression that other types of slaughter are fine. Killing is killing whether there's prayers said and/or the animal is stunned or not so as an animal rights activist I don't see any value in focusing on religious slaughter over any other form of killing. The best way to stop religious slaughter is to stop slaughter, unless of course there are racist connotations to the focus being on religious slaughter...and with the leaflet being "anti-halal" rather than opposing all religious slaughter, (kosher and halal are one and the same killing method, just a different prayer), then there were racist connotations and any decent animal rights activist would have attacked you too!
