Reading the terms of this website it says that entries are moderated.
It is hard to imagine more inappropriate content than incitement to riot and recommendations to bring petrol bombs.
I therefore call upon the police to not only pursue the poster of this article and prosecute to the full extent of the law but also the so called moderator who considered it appropriate to allow it to be published as well as the proprietors of the web page.
