Blog on the biodiversity crisis

Have a look at this new blog, "Into the Eremozoic", about the biodiversity crisis and the sixth mass extinction...
The blog is a compilation of news and analysis about the current global biodiversity crisis, and humanity’s various responses to the crisis. Although a potentially gloomy project, it seems more empowering to try and understand the complexities of the problem than to ignore it.
Amongst other aims, the blog attempts to explore the tensions in our relationships with the rest of the biosphere, to start to imagine what living in the Eremozoic world might be like, and to critically explore various approaches to tackle this crisis. The blog will also, importantly, celebrate the remarkable diversity of life with which we share the planet, and reflect on those likely to fall by the wayside in the march to the Eremozoic. The knowledge of what stands to be lost may feed the desire to fight for it.
