Tony Blair at UCL - No Comeback for the War Criminal

Ron | 03.11.2012 17:20 | Iraq | Terror War

The pro-Thatcherite, monetarist and war criminal Tony Blair is back in London, speaking at University College London. Join the protest on the day of Blair's visit to make sure his crimes aren't forgotten. Meet outside the main gates of the UCL campus on Gower Street at 11am on the 13th November.

Tony Blair is back in London on the speaking circuit, this time helping to launch a new department at University College London. In a further attempt to extricate himself from his role in lying about Iraq's non-existant Weapons of Mass Destruction and his illegal invasion of Iraq - which resulted in hundreds of thousands of civilian deaths - Tony Blair is now billed to speak as an expert on the "difficult issues facing markets and economies" and most bizarrely as one of the most "popular politicians in recent times". A letter signed by John Pilger, Tony Benn and academics at London universities, including at UCL, has been sent to college management which criticises what is perceived as an endorsement "of Mr Blair [who] took our country to war against Iraq in flagrant violation of the UN Charter and in doing so committed the international crime of aggression".

Mental health problems.

04.11.2012 00:33

I think its about time we started framing the Blair thing in terms of a mental health issue.

I'm not being facetious, I just think its pretty obvious now that he does exhibit some odd mental characteristics that haven't changed over time. In Blairs world, popularity is defined by anybody that happens to mention your name, irrespective of why they mentioned it. This is actually a form of mania! Complete inability to calculate or dereference the opnions of others is a serious mental handicap.

He has no respect in any political sense, cannot carry any political discourse no matter what the subject and has a really serious problem with religion and those who have faith on God. Some of the things he has said in some of the religious debates he has staged with other New Labour 'Socialista' are really shocking. The man is seriously deluded in his outlook...he has absolutely no idea what he is talking about much of the time.

Blair represents something that is in the process of dying. He just cannot see what the consequences of this will be for him.

Yes, its now time to begin rejecting Mr Blair on mental health grounds. He has shown no interest in doing whats right for the country as a whole...this is obviously not the result of him being right, but the result of him failing to understand that he could ever have been wrong!

The country has clearly rejected Mr Blair in totality and it is time we started the process of holding Blair to account...and to hold his defenders to account. We saw with some regularity just how corrupt the British state was while he was in Downing Street and we now fully understand just how corrupt the BBC is and has been for a long time. Its time to deal with that political corruption and its time to weed out the "Blair Cabal" from public life.

These are people that want to be dominant and want to excercise dominance. Its who they are.

Its time we started the process of bringing them all to justice.
