53 EDL muppets lifted on motorways yesterday

53 EDL muppets allegedly on their way to an east end mosque had crammed themselves into the backs of removal lorries but were stung by the MET on motorways who were already waiting for them after a number of EDL supporters and heirarchy blabbed on line about the plans of the 53. Tommeh and KKKev were in the lorries too. All were banged up for over 24hrs and are now on conspiracy charges.

It seems that the one braincell they mustered together thought it would be a fool proof plan whilst the MET were busy dealing with 'the communists!!!!" in London.

The muppets are banned from entering london too for the forseeable future as part of their conditions so waltham's up in the air but still three or four numbskulls on facebook are vowing to be there, oh dear.

Well looks like the idiots of the EDL have shot themselves in the foot once more. Too stupid to keep internet silence, what a waste of space these idiots are. However, I'm not sure that the OB would have known every last details just from looking at a few internet posts. = EDL grassing division strikes again, a case of "no surrender to keeping our mouths shut and not accepting backhanders from plod for grassing our mates up!"

... this is a bit of a worrying development in police tactics. I mean, by all accounts the EDL were planning a flash demo somewhere and the polcie successfully stopped it but... it's a bit worrying for future left-wing demos. Anti-cuts protests and the like if the police have started cracking down on flash protests in such a harsh and borderline dictatorial manner.

If they can do it to the EDL what's the stop them stopping carloads of Anarchists on the motorway on their way to an anti-cuts demo or stopping the smash EDO protesters in a similar manner?

Especially since the EDL's charges is "conspiracy to commit public nuisance" or something like that (according to the EDL) which is a pretty petty charge. All you numpties can keep on cheering this, but I'm worried about what the change in police tactics holds for the future of our own protests and demonstrations...

according to the main edl website it is so, he's been charged with entering the usa illegally along with assault and conspiracy, the wee guy's fucked on all levels.

Heard somewhere some of these lot were released only in paper suits after having their gear taken, it's all pretty sketchy. Btw Londoner, remember fairford? and more recently the arrests of muslims that were supposedly going to attack edl at dewsbury?

Seven fucking days. Me mate works behind at the private club in Soho where chief inspectors go. He heard them boasting about a seven day sting, patting themselves on the back as they do for ego trips. Seven days not last minute. The police have been doing this for years. They have stopped coaches of anti-war protesters and anti-Capitalists and ordered the coach driver to pull into a layby and ordered everybody off. They have been dragged into courts for this behaviour. We don't need to suddenly start supporting the EDL because we feel sorry for them. The police are well aware of this and so too are a number of senior activists.

Of course the EDL have never been aware of this, because they were never around for the anti-war demo's. Too busy sitting at home getting drunk and laughing hysterically at the sight of Iraqi's dying during the invasion.
