to pour from fountains
who destroy animal habitat
in once mosscarpeted mountains
whose explosives blow birds and bears apart
(with their oil money they buy costly art)
who pour poisons into the water
to give cancer to sons and daughters
As they have continued to destroy our trees
they've made a world of 120 degrees.
They've made a world of rainless drought
out of the green paradise God has wrought.
