FROM THE ZAPATISTAS: NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN PHOTOS
Compañeras and compañeros:

We send you many greetings and embraces of solidarity from Movement
for Justice in El Barrio, The Other Campaign New York.

On this occasion, we write to you with a very unique update—one that is quite unlike anything we have sent out before as part of our “Worldwide Echo in Support of the Zapatistas” Campaign. We have just received a batch of beautiful and extraordinary photographs from Oventic, Caracol II:
Resistance and Rebellion for Humanity, Highlands Zone of Chiapas that
feature our Zapatista compas holding signs with the campaign’s logo!

Taken in front of several offices, buildings, and murals (painted, of
course, in traditional Zapatista style), these images show our
Zapatista sisters and brothers sending us energy from their rebellious
community. In light of the fact that it is very rare for our compas to
allow photos to be taken, especially in these exceptionally difficult
times, this act of support truly touches our hearts.

struggle, which continues to grow every day.
