Cracks in the Pavement is an anarchist journal with a mission to encourage critical reflection, undogmatic provocation and the uncovering of what is going on within our movement.
Right now we're on the hunt for articles for the next issue due out in all the wrong places in January 2013.
We are not asking what is wrong with the world, we're asking what we can do about it. We're not asking different anarchist methodologies to bicker with one another, we're looking for ways in which we can bring down all forms of oppression. We want to know want you think is going on, not just what are we doing, but why we're doing it and how we can improve it.
We'd like to see personal reflections on how the anarchist movement is shaping up in this ongoing fight against capitalist domination. Please don't send us a recruitment article for your campaign, nor your analysis on Negri
or Gustav Landauer. We want to know where you're at, where we're at, where we're going and how the fuck are we going to get there.
We actively seek articles authored by those who identify outside of the white/male/middle-class/'able-bodied'/university educated hegemony and are often under-represented in publications such as this one.
We won't be able to publish everything that gets submitted, but may hold articles for future issues with the consent of the authors.
Wordcount Guideline: Articles should be between 1000 and 3000 words.
We are also looking for radical artwork so please submit high resolution
copies to articlesubmissions@riseup.net
