Do you mean the court where, despite having 25 months to prepare a case four people were found not guilty and some members of the Jury, to their credit, refused to find guilty verdicts against the others.

Or do you mean the second case where all nine defendants were found not guilty in 45 minutes?

What about the 3 who were never brought to court because there was no evidence? Two of them had their cases dropped at the last minute because, despite the relative success of the first Welling case, the prosecution knew they had no real case and had been pushing it all along.

It is very interesting looking at what happened in court. It speaks volumes. But I bet the real DS Blackburn must have been cryign into his beer. After being promised a commendation and then having such a shit result with the second case. Imagine him explaining to his superiors why he pushed wasted so much time and money on what was basically an assault case so that he could push his twisted political agenda.
