EDL Walthamstow - probably marching along FOREST RD

As previously notified the EDL say their plan is to mob-up around Kings Cross, central London, 11am to 1pm, then tube it, under police escort, to arrive around 1.30pm at Blackhorse Rd station in Walthamstow, before marching to a designated protest site outside Waltham Forest Magistrates Court, which is just North East of the corner of Farnham Ave and Forest Rd, before leaving Walthamstow (hopefully for good) around 4pm.

I don't have inside info on this but since the direct route from Blackhorse Rd tube to the Magistrates Court is along Forest Rd, and since on-line chat says the Fire Brigades Union are planning to give the EDL a hearty "F**K OFF" as the EDL pass the Fire Station on Forest Rd, it seems reasonable to assume the EDL will be marching along Forest Rd, which is a fair distance from where the UAF are asking counter-protestors to assemble.

My personal suggestion (and this is an IMHO statement only) is that protestors should consider looking-in on the UAF demo earlier in the day, to help deprive the EDL of a propaganda victory on in terms of protest numbers, before heading North to disperse along Forest Rd from 1pm onwards. If access is blocked there are plenty if side-streets between the Walthamstow Central area and Forest Rd - study and print-out local maps. Timings are likely to be approximate, but it's better to be too early than too late. Hopefully spotters will phone through from Kings Cross to let people know if the EDL are keeping to schedule. Finally this is total speculation but the proximity of Walthamstow to Chingford may mean the EDL ranks are swelled (in several senses) by Combat 18 / Blood & Honour Nazis like members of the Nazi band Chingford Attack
