AZ KNOCK OUT: Day 2 Tuesday - Phone Blockade

SHAC | 28.08.2012 11:25 | SHAC | Animal Liberation

ASTRAZENECA KNOCK OUT 27th-31st AUGUST
DAY 2: Tuesday - PHONE BLOCKADE

For day 2 we're using our old favourite - a phone blockade. The idea is that we all call them at the same time so they'll spend the entire day listening to us reminding them about the animals they're killing. Scummy companies that profit from animal abuse only care about money, so they're not going to be happy when their staff have to spend the day dealing with outraged activists rather than working.

Every 3 minutes another animal is tortured to death inside HLS. Every 3 minutes you spend on the phone will help to save them. Get dialling!

Today we're asking everyone to contact AstraZeneca anytime between 9am-5pm. But we'll also be revealing some surprise targets to call later in the day too. To find out who you'll need to keep checking for updates. These will be posted on the event page on our website (www.shac.net/news/2012/august/28.html) and put on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

to use the prefix 141 before dialling from a public phone box (141 withholds the caller ID .. DON'T use your home phone/mobile) Public phone boxes that are out of the way of CCTV are always useful to protect yourself.

SHAC, why are you not giving safeguards to people some of whom may be naive when it comes to personal security and safety?

Just sayin again

So what about those who may call AZ (I'm not disagreeing here) 'a bunch of scumsucking fuckheads' over the blower, a cop could, an hls employee, some fucker, it's that simple.

In court they call it joint enterprise or a criminal conspiracy, which means everyone traceable who was involved in the action is fucked as well as any hopes for the animals you say you are trying to help.

Think on. You could at least put a bit of small print about security at the end of these callouts for folk who know no better, otherwise you may as well be opening the prison gates and people will not be grateful to you for that.

Still just sayin
