The joint alien-human underground facility is said to be located in or around Dulce (New Mexico) according to workers, locals, and abductees.

Cattle mutilations have riddled the area, as some have reported the use of laser type surgical incisions.

The Dulce facility is a rumored bio-genetics lab connected to Los Alamos Labs by way of VHST (Vary High Speed Transit) constructed by the Rand Corp.

The Dulce facility is vast and deep according to whistleblowers like Phil Schieder and others.

Genetic experimentation exists in the lower levels according to eyewitnesses and leaked photos.

But why does such a facility exist, and who operates it?

According to some reports, the aliens are under treaty with the United States government by way of treaty signed in the early 1940′s, and others such as the Greada Treaty later.
