Alstom - TAV: blow by 170 million on Trenitalia

Alstom - New Pendolino: blow by 170 million on the Italian railways. A huge lawsuit. At the origin of this dispute a contract worth 238,600,000 euros for the supply of 12 electric trains ETR 600 to the variable set-up (the New Pendolino) built by Alstom for Trenitalia.
Now for this order Alstom asks Trenitalia (Italian State Railways Group) 170 million euros in damages. Alstom is more than ever determined to get to the bottom, to the speed of a train.
The account is quite expensive. It will be paid at once, without delay, otherwise the amount of damages could rise considerably being subject to interest and legal costs. The reasons for this initiative are well explained in the Act of legal complaint against Trenitalia (which are attached and reproduced pdf). Alstom said that in the execution of the contract for the supply of 12 ETR 600 the Italian railways have opposed the company in every way possible and imaginable. A calculated activities of annoying and unjustified intrusions, for to delay the various stages of planning and for to do delay deliveries. But not only that. For Alstom, however, things start to get complicated by "a certain point in time". That is, since the monopoly of the State Railways Group begins to falter. In fact, on the market looks out a new rail operator, who could worry Mario Moretti (CEO of railways). We are talking about the new company NTV, Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori, of Luca Cordero di Montezemolo. The group of entrepreneurs led by Montezemolo is thinking about a new way of transporting passengers (hence the company name). No longer the old railway cattle cars with cockroaches and / or fleas in tow, but an ultra-modern and amazing way to travel people on the train. Thus was born the idea and the project of "Italo" the new superfast train that should enter into competition with the Frecciarossa of Italian railways, a jewel of technology-based conceptions of the latest generation. The design and construction of these AGV very high speed is assigned (of course)to the top manufacturers in the industry: namely Alstom. Oibò, The problem is that at the same time, however, Alstom is working for the competitor Railways Group.
And 'from this point onwards that Alstom for the trouble starts. In fact, the news that Alstom will work to develop "Italo" Mauro Moretti goes on a rampage.
