5:16am Fri 3 Aug 12 Apparently, Arthur Morgan, who own the land and usually travels by helicopter, is receiving extra special treatment from the Environment Agency.

While this publicly paid body has only taken samples from one source as the community has been informed, from one stream, instead of the various and obvious large bodies of obviously contaminated water.

Apparently, no soil samples have been taken despite the porous slate? which has been unearthed and is black as coal - curiously the same color as the black pit. The Oswaldtwistle community has taken and has in it's possession various samples of chemically contaminated soil and water and is seeking an independent environmental chemist to take this community's concerns seriously, into their heart, and test for known and unknown toxins buried on site that have been unearthed and disturbed - released into the water and air and the community.

Please contact myself if you can help or you know someone that can - perhaps a university?

Thank you for caring about our small community.
