Seven years?! for changing the words in a church song ?!

This kind of oppression should certainly be made common knowledge.

Who's behind them

Too many people on the Left fall for elite propaganda and Russia is one of them.

Putin is clearly and enemy of the ruling class. So, why do people on the Left side with them on Putin.

It's pretty clear that this group was paid for and formed by a Western sponsor to undermine Putin.

Polls show Putin’s voter popularity rising
by Alina Lobzina at 26/01/2012 17:37
Zhirinovsky falls
In the current survey, head of the nationalist Liberal Democratic Party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, has become the only opposition leader whose popularity dropped – from 7 to 5 percent. Other non-tandem candidates, Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov, A Just Russia leader Sergei Mironov and billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, have all gained an extra 2 percentage points, and have 8, 4 and 4 percent respectively.

Higher figures
Last week, the state run polling agency VTsIOM evaluated Putin’s rating at 52 percent, while the Public Opinion Fund, or FOM, put it at 45 percent. Both organizations have registered that Putin’s popularity was growing.
The trend could be due to December’s mass-protests staged in Russia’s major cities against alleged falsification of the past parliamentary vote, Alexander Olson, FOM’s head, explained.
“A small part of the population was involved in what happened after the December vote. The rest of the population has another view, and they are getting scared of the possible consequences of this movement,” he told Gazeta.ru.
