Respect for the climber and those who got out there and did something

If only there were more like them.
Standing up for what is right, even climbing onto a traffic light.
Give the climber a medal!
Saving us all from the Greed Machine which lets us think they are acting for the populus when if fact they are only doing this for themselves. For their own prestige and their own fat wallets.
CokaKiller rules and Oxford does its bidding.
For the cost of "hosting the torch" £100,000 to LOCOG plus the cost of having our roads closed and paying for that (funny we couldn't do it for the peoples carnival), paying for policing, all that money spent on the few who had free entertainment in the park complete with toilets put up days in advance, yet we are told we cant afford public toilets in Oxford anymore!
I have been reliably told that for only half the cost of 'torch day' we could have our diving pool repaired and refurbished. Now that really would be an olympic legacy we could enjoy for the next 30 years!

would be olympic climber

Also there, Sport for All - SaveTCPool campaign

I saw several SaveTCP people continuing to work hard for all the people of Oxford and they were getting huge amounts of support and appreciation from the rest of the public
