Charity run by young people needs your votes for the Lottery Good Cauases awards

The Young Pioneers Charity run by 16 year old Luke Lancaster has been shortlisted for the lottery good causes award 2012 and the nation has to vote. Our programme, Be Healthy has been shortlisted and needs votes. It is special becuase it is led by young people, for young people.

The Be Healthy programme is run by young people, for young people and delivers over 1,500 health MOTs per year. The programme teaches young people how to shop and cook on a budget of £10.50 a week, manage stress, tackle obesity and take exercise.

Our youth trainers have worked with over 4,000 young people (visit www.youtu.be/vq4_9NayJFA to hear our lead trainer (19 years old) describe the project.

The Nation now has to vote and we need your help to secure votes. Please contact your friends, work collegues, use facebook, tweet and help us spread the word.
