Report of Surprise noise demo today at EDO

Smash EDO have called for three months of direct action to close down EDO MBM – From 1st May to 1st August 2012.

A group of us held a noisy demonstration in the afternoon sun as the EDO workers left work today at 4pm. Police turned up but did not get out of their vehicles.

We'll be back for a noise demonstration later this week... and on Thursday we'll be holding a vigil and raising of lanterns at 9pm at The Level in remembrance of the victims of airstrikes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia and Palestine - Come and join us

You sure must be making a big impact when the plod don't even bother to get out of their cars !!!!!!!!!

In other news the 8 year campaign by Smash EDO has resulted in ........... fuck all.

EDO's profits and sales are up, it has increased the workforce and the company is going from strength to strength. In the meantime Smash EDO falls apart after excluding Jews from the protest.
