Massive police squat raid, six people hurt, three tazered

At about 8pm the pigs conducted a totally over the top raid on ChurchRd squat in Barnes with Tazers being used on people who were asking for legal clarification of facts.

Six people were injured one witha broken arm and the others with heavy bruising and facial cuts

For the first time the pigs were saying that's squatting is now illegal and that we had no right to be there. When legal eagles tried to question this they were hit with a Tazer and shocked over and over again.

I had all my stuff thrown out of a window by a private security thug including a goodish laptop, the pigs said this was "your fault" !!!! When I complained the pigs said that I could,

"piss off and have a bath" and told me that they would do nothing.

The house is now secured by the same thugs who have been making homophobic slurs against one of our brethren and refusing to allow anyone to return and collect other belongings.

All property ownership is theft. Houses should be allocated on the basis of need not ability to pay. As a full time poet I have a very limited income so need others to supply a property that meet my needs, why is that wrong?

I don't want to pay for your house, food, etc out of my money. I consider that theft if you can be bothered trying to adapt to a better income.
Perhaps you should think of a career change whereby you can balance looking after yourself against having a good time, without inflicting your needs onto other hardworking tax payers. I have many interests that are don't bring me any income. I would like to do them 100% of the time. But I need to work aswell to bring in income. The same applies to you. A zebra does sit around in Africa waiting for its buddies to bring it food and water otherwise it would starve. That's how the world works.

All property is not theft. If I build a house with my money then it is mine. It is not yours.if you took it then that would be theft.

If your needs need meeting then you should do something about it, not expect others to put the hardwork in and build a house for you. And you can still do poetry at same time.

Property is the same as personal effects, that is you own the effects of your actions. If you make wast land fertile, the fertile land is yours, so long as you tend it and maintain it. Your labour is yours, unless your are a slave, so the effects of your labour are yours too. Watch out for Marxists, they're thieves and slave masters! Law is only an opinion with a gun. But for what it's worth, land in England is legally held under legal free hold, where ownership is retained by the sovereign. (so who's that then;)

As you own the effects of your actions, so do police. For what they have take from you, they owe restitution, as you owe restitution to anyone who you have harmed. What price would would you accept your arm being broken for? What price would you accept being tazered for? The loss of your accommodation should be easier to value. To claim restitution you need to quantify the loss or harm, and you need to identify the individual culprit. We need to be capable of performing logical process ourselves, ie paperwork, which the police expect squatters to be unable. Solicitors are no more our friends than the state, they are just there to make money, like everyone else.

Not that I have faith in the process, but if there's any way you can take them to court (both cops and security), do please ask a solicitor; they shouldn't be allowed to get away with such behaviour scot-free.

Hope you and everyone else are getting support from those around you. It sounds like you should be getting in touch with solicitors as could well be that there's some serious compensation due (not to mention scaring the cops off doing shit like this again). ASS should be able to point you towards good solicitors for suing the cops.
