        FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Harrods, the luxury department store has been the latest target of a new tactic adopted by animal rights activists.
Hundreds of envelopes of human body hair have been sent to Harrods for them to use as 'an alternative' their current use of real animal fur.
Nottingham based organisation Animal Rights UK used websites such as facebook and twitter to encourage followers to post there body hair to Harrods in protest of their continued sale of real animal fur.
The action was originally set for luxury fashion chain 'Flannels' to be the target resulting in Flannels releasing a statement saying they will no longer sell real fur three days before the set date of the action. The target was then changed to Harrods.
Over a hundred Animal rights activists have confirmed to Animal Rights UK that they have sent their hair including chest hair, head hair, ass hair, and pubic hair. This is also confirmed by Harrods employees.
Animal Rights UK would like to state this is just the beginning of a new wave of protests and actions against Harrod's sale of fur.
