Political Prisoner locked up for 11 and 1/2 years

On the streets | 11.04.2012 11:17

Political prisoner and scapegoat Gordon Thompson was today imprisoned for over 11 years for his part in last summer's popular uprising.

Gordon, a devoted father of two was sentenced at the Old Bailey for arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered at House of Reeves in Croydon, south London, and burglary. Politicly motivated charges that had nothing to do with the reality of the night's events when a whole generation rose up to protest against the government's running of the economy and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The campaign to free this hero of the peoples liberation starts today.
