Broken Laws.
This remark by Thomas Jefferson must certainly be the basis of the work of every government and judiciary system throughout the world, especially the United States. However, looking at some articles about the activities of the Department of State, I could not help remembering this remarks on the rights of man, with some sorrow. Though a long time has passed since Jefferson’s time, his remarks are still alive, relevant and helpful: "An equal application of law to every condition of man is fundamental."
Looking at the very changing situation in the world, the Arab Spring, the situation of Syria and the fundamentalist and dangerous regime in Iran, the matter becomes more concerning and relevant than ever.

Iran is playing a particularly important role in this midst, as it is more concerned than any over the situation of Bashar Assad in Syria; the mullahs have found that they cannot afford losing Assad, and they can therefore not allow the situation get out of their control.

The Iranian rulers have thus decided to give full and maximum support to Assad, no matter what the cost. The mullahs are currently providing every kind of support for Syria: Financial, information, security services, and most important of all hit squads to work against the protesting people.

It is also not a secret that the Iranian rulers are also providing financial and, more importantly, ideological support for different terrorist groups in order to allow them to carry out terror activities in different parts of the world.

In the midst of all such events, it has become an absolute mystery why the US Secretary of State continues to by-pass the country’s laws, to benefit the most dangerous and terrorist regime in the world, by shackling its organized opposition.

The Secretary of State has to answer why it continues to play this unlawful game, despite the following facts:

1.The UK and Europe have taken the MEK out of their list, admitting that there was no evidence against them.

Advertise with OfficialWire2.There has been dozens of verdicts by European courts all in favor of the group.
1.The US court of appeal has asked Secretary of State more that a year ago to 2 years ago.
2.More than 250 members of the US congress have also supported the Iranian dissidents.
I think the situation is best described by Mr. Rohrabacher, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs oversight and investigations subcommittee, when he vowed to find out who "is behind this effort." He said:

"This is a travesty, a sin, that our government is going after these people trying to support the people of Iran," said Rep. Dana Rohrabacher of California.

"This is an act of suppression in our country. This is as un-American as I have seen."
