nice action / details?

Well done for doing that; good to see people keeping up the momentum.

Would be nice to have more details though. You say "a statement was released to the media". To be honest I find it hard to get my head around why campaigners would take the time to draft a statement for the mainstream media, who edit and distort radical messages, and yet only bother to put a one-line report on indymedia, which was set up by radicals to allow people to tell their stories in their own words. At the very least copy and paste the mainstream press release that you've already done...

Grumps aside, I hope it went well.

The statement was hastily written up during the occupation, a copy was made which was passed to a reporter outside and the original was kept by one of the occupiers, I don't have it and can't remember exactly what it said.

The reporter identified themselves as from the Oxford Times, but they haven't written anything up yet. There was also a cameraperson and a photographer present, I don't know who they represent, think they were freelancers.
