A series of wild food and medicine forage walks in Southern England are to be once again hosted by the good people of ipso-phyto...This year we are Visiting Oxford, Brighton, Bristol, and London.

For details of all ucoming walks please also visit this website...
 http://www.meetup.com/Town-Country-Foraging-Walks-Courses/

On the 2-3 hr leisurely introductory walks we should easily discover at least 30 wild foods and medicines that are available in abundance on our doorsteps. Salads, vegetables, herbs, spices, fruits and elixirs are all to be found thr4oughout the year.

On the walks you will learn some of the basic skills to correctly find, identify, and use our forgotten food and medicine plants.

The walks are being hosted regularly throughout the year. Check website for details in youtr town.

They are organised on a donations basis to ensure inclusivity. I suggest a donation, but no-one is turned away through lack of funds!
The first walk this year is in Oxford on Saturday March17th starting in Port Meadow.

It departs from the bottom of Walton well rd, from the car park, at 1400 hrs.
Booking guarantees a place. The walks are restricted to a maximum of 14 people

Next walk March 24th St Andrew Park, Bristol from outside the cafe...11 AM start
