As managerialism kicks in and workplace pressures increase,  creating  a strong united voice is vital to protecting ourselves as workers.  Our Union branch divided the single Rep’s role into 7 jobs,so sharing the power. We found that evolving union structures from a hierarchy to a shared power model was crucial to maintaining a presence in these brutal times.             A.Rice
