miserable turn out for UAF

Only around twenty UAF supporters turned up to oppose the BNP at Liverpool crown court, around 80 BNP supporters and NWI turned up, some Liverpool anti-fascists handed leaflets out to the general public and talked with them, we did not attend the UAF demo as we considered that their demo was exploiting the grooming court case in the same way that the BNP were, instead we spoke to people indepth about unemployment and the problems with capitalism and the need for trade unions. The UAF screamed NAZI SCUM all day long to amused members of the public. If anti-fascism is to be taken seriously then we need to counter act the arguments of fascists in a proper manner, shouting NAZI SCUM is going to get us nowhere.

Utterly ridiculous for the UAF to go there today

Made them look like they're actually defending pedofilia and grooming of underage girls for sex. Members of the public turned on the UAF today as well.

This is a day when the fascists should have been left alone. Pedofiles like the ones who got kicked in today are the utter scum of the earth.

Completely put the UAF and Antifascists in general in a bad light since it made them seem like they were actually defending the pedofile gang. They should have stayed away, instead they get bad publicity, the public hurlng abuse at them, beat up by the fash and humiliated.

Pathetic. I oppose fascism but I also oppose pedofilia and the grooming of underage girls. There is no way I was going to go and defend a bunch of scumbags from another bunch of scumbags.
