Paul Devereux is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, (hence of the John Adam St Gang) and an honorary member of the ‘Scientific and Medical Network ’. He was involved with the Dragon Project as was his wife, Charla Devereux. Some have questioned the conclusions of this project.

Paul Devereux’s wife, Charla Cohen, has at least four separate identities at the www.ancestry.com website, Charlene E Devereux, Esta Charla Devereux, Esta C Devereux and Charla Devereux.
Charla Devereux gives a conference at the RSA (Royal Society for the Arts) on ‘Essential Oils’ and complimentary medicine, and has apparently been a senior programme analyst at IBM.
She cites an address of one of her essential oils companies in the USA: Butterbur and Sage, 894 BGB Plaza, Suite H, Route 52, Beacon, New York, 12508, which it seems is a mobile home park.

Paul and Charla Devereux are with The Scientific and Medical Network, SMN Projects Limited, and the Scientific and Medical Network Charitable Trust, the latter having invested money in Glaxosmithkline, JPMorgan, Reed Elsevier (who set up international arms fairs and is of the John Adam St Gang), Rio Tinto, BP, BAE Systems (of the John Adam St Gang), and others.
