Constant and Co Eviction Resistance in Bristol

squatter X | 02.02.2012 22:02

Constant & Co high court bailiffs have been positively confirmed to be involved in the eviction of Cumberland Street, St Pauls, Bristol. There is to be resistance to this.
Any concerned people that would like to assist in resisting or videoing the eviction attempt by this thug bailiff firm would be most welcome
There is space available in Cumberland Street for people to crash.

This Street has previous history with Cuntstant being employed by the Street owners, Deajan NUV LTD. The notorious thug bailiff fiirm were employed last year to evict the occupants of The Hub and Schooner House as well as clearing the UK'S largest traveller site, Dale Farm, recently.

This is an alert to all concerned people that this notorious high court bailiff firm will be visiting our lovely city and sullying our space with their presence and attempting to evict homeless people from buildings that Deajan have kept empty for over 10 years (Schooner House) and the former council homeless advice centre (The Hub).

Deajan NUV LTD are a multi billion £ property company that are speculating on property and employing thugs to forcefully enable them to to do this.

The last time Cunstant came down they didn't attempt an eviction for several weeks after their representative got a very warm Bristol welcoming from a fair few of our finest citizens, this may very well happen on this occassion or it may not, but one thing is sure they will attempt at some point an eviction!!!

Evidence gatherers (video and photographers) and legal observers would be very usefull to assist in any claims that might arise from Constants often brutal attempts at evicting people!!!

What are we going to do in response to these cunts coming into our city and trying it on again???

Annonymous suggestions on a postcard or better still turn up on the day, or morning, in question when your alerted about it.
