DWF, a law firm acting on behalf of Tinlings Ltd, Crosshall Building Ltd, Crosshall Developments Ltd, will issue proceedings for possession of Tinlings Building, Crosshall Building and the former Juvenile Court tomorrow. Occupy Liverpool will be given copies of the proceedings for possession and notice of the hearing date.
