***IMPORTANT UPDATE***

Support still needed at court on Tuesday morning but two cases adjourned pending outcome of judicial review.



Court cases of people who refused to complete the 2011 Census because of weapons manufacturer Lockheed Martin's involvement in Census data processing - Liverpool 17 and 18 January.

THE CURRENT SITUATION

Derek Shields' trial will GO AHEAD on Tuesday 17 January at 10am, so please come to the court by 9.30 for a solidarity demo beforehand and to protest Lockheed Martin and all wars.

Derek is representing himself at his trial.

A judicial review was sought at the end of last week to challenge the decisions to refuse Sarah Ledsom and Andy Manifold legal aid.

Sarah's trial was scheduled for 17 Jan and Andy's for 18 Jan. Both have now been 'vacated' pending the outcome of the judicial review and are likely to take place in a few weeks.
