More cops not charged for blatant criminality

Two cops have been sacked for beating up 3 people after a car chase. Despite an investigation concluding that they physically assaulted the 3 people they found in the car (the driver got out in time), the CPS decided that no charges should be brought against the officers.
The IPCC report concluded that:
"It was the conduct of the police officers which escalated the incident and which led to the officers deliberately and unnecessarily using disproportionate force."
The officers also failed to read the occupants their rights.
This is the latest in a string of cases where officers engaged in blatant criminality have been dealt with internally by police discipline procedures - protecting their own with kid gloves.
