as voter apathy is approaching 99% we need a system for everybody by default.

total vote

the biggest tragedy of the recent by election in London was a voter turnout of 28.8%. Make every election 100% turnout with a 'non vote' registering as a 'vote for the status quo' of that ward. This will force people to vote alternatively if required and re-engage the public with politics.

the biggest problem is political power passing law, through the back door, unjust wars and taxes, not what we voted for. Be.

you should impose compulsory work as well,. that would sort out the economic problems. There has been a precedent for this.
