The public sector workers pensions are paid for out of government funds.
Government funds are raised from the financial markets based of force taxation futures.
Force taxation is collectable by parliamentary enactment.
The parliamentary enactment is transposed to "law" by the courts.
The court dictate is enforced by the policy force.
The policy force have guns.

The government, the courts and the police force are all public sector workers.
Public sector workers have a gun against the head of the taxpayer.
Anyone who holds a gun against my head should be shot.
