Police re-arrest 37 activists, academics and striking public sector workers arrested outiside Dalston library on Wednesday morning after being kettled by police.
Meanwhile most Hackney schools and libraries close for the day despite best efforts of academies, while police stations, hospitals and other public services operate on reduced levels for the day.
