HALLOWEEN CRITICAL MASS
IN SUPPORT OF SQUATTING

The Government have announced plans to criminalise squatting in residential buildings.
They’ve snuck a new amendment into the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill, which is already halfway through the parliamentary process.
As far as we know, MPs will be voting on this Bill’s passage (to the House of Lords) on Tuesday afternoon.

SQUASH (Squatters Action for Secure Homes) is calling for action. There will be a sleep-out action on Monday night (the 31st). And there will be some extra special Critical Mass rides, in support of Squatting.

Meet, and be ready to move at 7pm, Monday 31st – in Halloween costume if you wish - on the South Bank, beneath Waterloo Bridge.

And again, meet for a 5pm start on Tuesday 1st November, at the same place.

Check out the SQUASH website for details of what else you can do: www.squashcampaign.org
