i noticed how this will only crimianlise squatting in residential properties, no mention of land squattingbecause thats how the landed gentry expand their estates, annex a bit of land, no one complaines and its yours after a number of years.
Yet again the rich governing classes changing the laws to benefit themselves and criminalise people that just want the basic right of a roof over there head.

First off, 'squater' you can't squat someone's home (read the Criminal Law Act 1977 and Criminal Justice Act 1994) so just fuck off.

Is this definitely true as to the clause on squatting? I haven't found any reference elsewhere yet.

We all have to buy our houses at artificially inflated prices because the banks want to keep us in debt. Planing laws make it impossible to buy your own land and live on it. Dale Farm has proved that; you must buy a home at an artificially inflated price and live in debt, yes EVEN IF YOU OWN YOU OWN LAND!

The word squatting could mean just about anything, including staying in your own home after you have lost your job, and the banks need the new laws to get you out and sell the property.

But because we can't face the truth about our slavery to the financial system, we have to ridicule any one who threatens to confront us with the truth.

SQUATTERS ARE CRAZY DRUG, KNIFE WIELDING, CHILD ABUSER, HIPPY TERRORISTS THAT TAKE OVER YOUR HOME WHILE YOU ARE OUT SHOPPING!!!

The new offence will be committed where a person is in a residential building as a trespasser having entered it as a trespasser, knows or ought to know that he or she is a trespasser and is living in the building or intends to live there for any period

No, the price of housing is set by market forces not by banks. If people did not have the money to buy at the prices houses are sold for then they would become cheaper. Banks lend money they do not set house prices.
