The rally is taking place in Victoria Square, just outside Birmingham Town Hall, from 12.30, although we expect people will begin to assemble from 12 noon.
We will be joined by a number of local people who can speak from their own experiences about what the proposed cuts to benefits and services will mean to them as disabled people trying to live independent and fulfilling lives.
